Yoga by the Sea/ Susak Island/Croatia

Morning Yoga 7.00- 9.00/10.00 Vinyasa yoga with elements of Ashtanga and Iyengaryoga and Spiraldynamik® in primary school on the village square.
Evening Yoga 18.00- 19.30 outdoors in the most beautiful places of the island. Gentle practice, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Improvisation, Mantras
1-2 years of regular yoga practice is recommended. The number of participants is limited.
2 yoga sessions are offered on each of the 6 days. Twice we will practise both units in the morning, leaving the rest of the day free for your private time. Two joint excursions are optional.
We will live in two private houses with sea or garden view (2-person apt € 70,-, 4-person apt € 150,-). The island can be reached by public transport from Vienna. If you are interested, I will be happy to send you a detailed information sheet.
