Yoga Basis
For beginners and those who would like to practise more gently. Three sun prayers are slowly learned step by step for each individual within a year (starting in September/February).
The focus is on exercises that strengthen the center of the body and the pelvic floor so that the spine, pelvis, chest, head, arms, legs and organs can develop in a versatile way. By consciously practising with the floor, especially in standing positions and balancing postures, we achieve a clearer alignment. Hands and feet are further focal points. At the end of each class we drop into light inversion postures and Savasana (Deep Relaxation).
Registration by e-mail is essential for this course.

Yoga I
For practitioners with previous knowledge who wish to deepen their experience of yoga by practicing Ujjayi breathing.
This course focuses on the Vinyasa form (flowing from one form to the next) and a more conscious approach to anatomical conditions. Asanas are held for longer periods of time with precise instructions in order to strengthen our deep muscles and at the same time release unnecessary tension. Meditative practice is created by getting to know gentle pranayamas (breath control). Several years of practice are recommended for this cours.

Yoga II
For long-term practitioners. At the beginning of class, the focus is on more intensive pranayama exercises. The application of complex sun prayers prepares us for challenging asanas such as standing poses in many variations, forearm balances, handstands, backbends in all planes and headstand variations, which lead us to our personal place of stillness in flowing and lingering. A prerequisite for this course is regular self-practice.

Yoga for Musicians
Sound and audible breath accompany this course to create more space for movement and increase breathing capacity. Alignment exercises on walls, on the floor and with aids and props compensate for imbalances caused by playing instruments. We aim to achieve a better balance between right and leftside through coordination exercises.
On some days we practise with yoga chairs to achieve a clearer alignment from there. This course is only possible with registration. On some days, when there are reheearsals, it takes place from 8.00 a.m. on. Prior registration is essential for this course.

Office Yoga / Yoga at the workplace
Those who refresh themselves at the beginning or in the middle of a working day with the help of yoga achieve more concentration, energy and enjoyment at work and therefore better work performance.
I am happy to develop an individual program that is tailored to the needs of the participants and the space available. Exercises can also take place partly on and with chairs.

Yoga and Spiraldynamik® in private lessons
At the beginning of a private lesson, problems and wishes are listened to, possibilities for improvement are pointed out, possible faulty patterns are recognized and solutions and facilitations in practice are offered. The aim is to apply what has been learned in class in everyday life.
Within 60 minutes we practice specific topics (breathing, flexibility, strength building, stabilization, joint centering, stretching, regeneration, organ strengthening, deep relaxation, concentration, meditation, etc.). I attach great importance to the anatomy of the body. My corrections are made verbally in order to give the practitioner room for change, and in some cases through supportive touch.
If possible, three consecutive appointments should be booked for one topic.
Spiraldynamik® is integrated into all courses. Several materials and models from anatomy are being used for a better understanding.
