Courses
Yoga Basic
Sun Salutations will be learned step by step and adjusted for specific needs. We will mainly focus on exercises which strengthen the body's center and the pelvic floor so that the spinal column, pelvis, thorax, head, arms, legs and the organs can open freely with greater dexterity. By practicing consciously with the ground, we begin to develop a better physical awareness and alertness. Hands and feet are a further point of focus.
A registration is imperative for this course.

Yoga II
This class is for advanced students. Our attention focuses on more complex pranayama exercises at the beginning of class to build a good relationship with the breath. Applying Surya namaskar A and B and different variations of them prepares us for challenging asanas-such as hand and forearm- balances, backbends and headstand. So we can linger in the flow as in our own place of peace. Prerequisite for this course is a regular self-practice.
