Another year full of challenges is coming to an end. In this workshop, we want to take a brief look back at what has touched, irritated and delighted us.

The first yoga session gives us the opportunity to open ourselves thoroughly in all directions at the end of this year, to detoxify and free ourselves from old burdens, unimportant everyday issues and excitement of any kind. I would like to focus on rotational postures.

Come to breathe, create spaces, swim through space, change perspectives and find lightness in the big picture and in being connected with yourself and your environment. In the second part we want to play a little. I will lead you into various improvisations in order to discover potential for movement images and spatial creations through free movement and experimentation. We will retrieve personal events of this year from the unconscious, take them up, physically build them into space, abstract them, manifest them, present them, and then let them go again and return them to the year 2024.
